You may request to close your Jiivo account at any time. Please withdraw any available balance before submitting the request. Contact our support team to proceed with the account closure.

8Limits of Liability

Jiivo is an entertainment platform. Winning is never guaranteed in gaming, and there is always a risk of financial loss. Jiivo makes no promises of specific winnings.

• Jiivo is not responsible for any game losses resulting from internet disconnection.
• Jiivo is not directly liable for failures caused by third-party payment systems.
• Jiivo is not liable for unauthorized access to an account resulting from the user's own negligence.
• The service may be temporarily unavailable during scheduled technical maintenance.

In any dispute relating to these terms and conditions, Jiivo's decision shall be considered final; however, we always follow a fair and transparent process.
